Program Objectives:
After completing the program, participants will be able to:
• Understand the intellectual dimensions and approaches of risk management in human resource management.
• develop awareness of risk culture and practices as part of the HR culture and strategy.
• Predict, study, and analyze risks to prevent their occurrence and reduce their undesirable effects, consequences, and effects on human resources and institutional performance.
